Whoops.

On May 12, 2014, a KLM Boeing 747 aircraft, Registration PH-BFF, performed flight KL897 from Amsterdam to Beijing with expired certificate of airworthiness, the regional administration announced in a statement on September 5.
The expiry date was April 4, 2014; as a result, its certificate of airworthiness had expired for more than one month. The regional administration said the move of KLM violated the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) provisions and the Chinese civil aviation regulation.
